What would you do?

What would you do
to protect the ones you love?
Would you lie
Would you steal
Would you hide
Would you turn your back
Would you stop loving them
Would you take someone else’s life
Would you give up your own
What would you do?

Unraveling

Unraveling like a ball of yarn
its starts with a single strand and
little by little it gets smaller.

If your using the yarn for something
that’s wonderful, I’m just waiting
to see what you’ve created.

If your not using it, it could well
end up like life sometimes in a pile
of knots and tangles with no end
in sight.

1/30/17 Monday Thoughts

Wow, this is the last Monday of January, didn’t we just
rip the page off the calendar?

Hmm, people used to say as we grew older time flew by
but it doesn’t matter how old you are anymore it seems.
These phases come to mind:
Life is to short.. Don’t waste it.
Carpe Diem
Don’t wish for it, work for it.

So, here are some new year thoughts, right
under the wire–lol

You Do it

You do it when its convenient for you
sure everyone has responsibilities in this crazy world.

Others find time to take care of
what’s important to them and others
who make time for them.

Being a handy body or person I once was took
a great toll on my mind, body and soul.
It will never be returned back for my benefit
or needs, even if I asked.

You do it when its good for you well  being and
personal gain.

Well don’t be surprised when your the only one
standing there, because I won’t be convenient anymore.

What do you do

when you feel like the light
has gone out and your suddenly
in  the dark.

Even thou everything is still lit around you.

You feel as thou time is standing still.

But you see the second hand still moving
on your watch.

What would you do when?

I Don’t

I don’t walk away because I don’t
love or care for all you have to give.

I don’t walk away to break your
heart into pieces.

I don’t walk away because you
did something wrong.

I walk away because you don’t
seem to feel the same.

I walk away because there seems to
no longer be a WE in this relationship.

I’m walking away now before
it becomes impossible to leave.
