I can do this
I’m stronger than they
gave me credit.
I will not show weakness.
They think they have won.
I might be trembling inside.
But I’m rock solid on the outside.
I can do this
Take a deep breath
I walk in that room.
I wait for recognition to take hold.
I look them all in the eye and speak
NO I DIDN’T DIE!!!
