Shadows in the room

They are who I see when I open
my eyes and the last thing
when I close them at night.

They are my constant companions
where ever I may be.

No one tries to come reach
or save me.

The shadows are guarding
me in the daylight and the night.

Sometimes it is such a struggle not to let it go, I clinch by teeth shut.

Others time which is mostly, as of lately it spills out like a run a way train
swallowing everything in its path, sometimes causing destruction that can’t
be easily fixed, sometimes not at all  *sighing*

Its sometimes it what needs to be done you know ” the grin and bare it”.
What do they say ” kill them with kindness”

Its a struggle but I will somehow get through it.
