Those rubber gloves hide the
fingerprints, we wouldn’t want
you singled out, since your
not the only one.
People wonder why things don’t roll
off my back anymore.
I still have skin untouched
so, I know the blood will run once more.

Sadly, this was written 10 years ago, and some of my coworkers are still with me, their knives are not as sharp as they once was. I wrote several like this back in the day, some complete pieces, some rants, getting it out of my system was beneficial 👍
